Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Baylee is no stranger to the culture of Utah business development. With a tenured background in company startup and project management, her analytic and interpersonal skills shine in her Builder Sales Management position at Hammerton. In her free time, Baylee enjoys relaxing with her cat Theo and breaking a sweat in yoga & pilates classes.

With an exceptional background in residential design and luxury product management, Camdon brings a keen design sense and his trademark cheery disposition to our residential sales team. His solution-based approach and bright disposition assist him in his collaborative role here at Hammerton. Outside of work, Camdon enjoys spending time with his family and putting his “green-thumb” to use with his collection of house plants.

Cassie, a proud Utah native, has a background in both business and interior design which has contributed to her success in sales and management during her nearly decade-long tenure at Hammerton. Her dedication is evident in her passion for collaborating with designers, turning their visions into reality through our beautiful artisan-crafted lighting. Outside of work, Cassie finds joy in spending time with her family, traveling and the outdoors.

Formerly a sales representative for a prominent lighting showroom in Park City, Christina joined Hammerton’s retail sales team in 2017. At work, she particularly enjoys the experience of watching and learning first hand how Hammerton fixtures are made. Christina was born in Virginia but was raised in Europe. Christina enjoys skiing, hiking, and hanging out with her dogs.

Originally from Southern California, Justin graduated from the University of Utah with a major in Business Administration. He uses his strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support our residential sales team. Justin lives close to the Cottonwood canyons and spends his free time snowboarding in ‘The Greatest Snow on Earth’.

With a background in luxury fashion sales, makeup artistry, and customer service management, Krystal brings a thoughtful approach to client support, with a strong focus on design and aesthetics. A Southern California native, she thrives on collaboration and loves seeing client visions come to life. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, painting, dancing, and spending time at home with her daughter.

Originally from Chandler, Arizona, Maddie brings a unique blend of people skills and creative energy to the Hammerton team. With a background in healthcare and financial coordination, along with studies in psychology, she’s known for her friendly approach and attention to detail. She loves being part of a company where artistry and quality shine. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys painting, calligraphy, traveling, trying new restaurants, and collecting playing cards from places she visits.

During his 16 years at Hammerton, Paul Verbecky has served in roles spanning manufacturing operations, general manager of the custom business, head of hospitality sales, and now VP of Inside Sales. With a degree in Construction Management, he brings a builder's mindset to every challenge. Paul is known for his love of creating, problem-solving, and collaborating with people who think differently. Prior to Hammerton, he owned and operated a residential treatment program for teenage boys, work that shaped his leadership and communication style. Whether building fixtures, teams, or a project in his garage, Paul is happiest with his hands in the work.

Originally from the Georgia coast, Ron embarked on his first trip west to begin his career at Hammerton. Now back in the Southeast, as our outside representative, he uses his organizational and project management skills to support our sales team and continues to be amazed by the design and engineering work that goes into each Hammerton fixture. Ron is an Eagle Scout and loves to fish and hike.

Steve Darling is Vice President of Field Sales at Hammerton, bringing more than 15 years of senior-level sales leadership experience across custom manufacturing, consumer products, and omnichannel retail. He has led national sales teams, managed independent rep networks, and driven growth through specialty dealers and strategic partners.

At Hammerton, Steve is focused on strengthening dealer relationships, improving rep alignment, and supporting the company’s custom, made-to-order model through a clear and consistent go-to-market approach. He is based in Utah.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling, following and participating in sports, and spending time coaching his children’s teams—experiences that reflect his passion for teamwork, discipline, and long-term development.

Previously a general contractor and custom finish carpenter, Steve brings years of industry and project management experience to his role on the sales team. “No two projects or two days are ever the same at Hammerton,” he says, “and I work with some of the most talented people I have ever met.” Originally from New Jersey, Steve is an outdoorsman, a drummer, and a magazine writer.

Jessica’s ‘people-person’ disposition shines in her position as a Corporate Account Manager. “What I love most about my job is the people I work with. Creating strong relationships and maintaining excellent communication with clients inspires my professional success at Hammerton,” she explains. A Utah local, she’s drawn to the beauty of nature and enjoys spending her free time outdoors.

A native of New York, Margaret’s retail career began at Bloomingdale’s. She then moved through client service, brand development and inside sales positions, most recently at a Salt Lake City lighting wholesaler. She admits to have been drawn to Hammerton "by the innovative lighting designs and the exceptional team.” Margaret also enjoys yoga, books, doing community event work, and an occasional golf game.

A northern Utah native, Marley combines a background in lighting and interior design with hands-on showroom and on-site experience working alongside clients and builders. She approaches every project with a collaborative mindset and a keen eye for detail. Outside of work, Marley enjoys baking desserts, hiking with her dog, attending local concerts, and practicing Reiki, in which she holds a Mastery certification.

Over the last seven years at Hammerton Sam has applied her degree in interior design and technical sales across several departments, most recently as a member of the hospitality & commercial sales team. A native of Canada, Samantha speaks five languages and spends her free time running road races.

Having spent many years in the interior design industry in both New York and Salt Lake City, Jay possesses an intimate understanding of the needs of Hammerton’s design clientele. At Hammerton he loves “working with some of the best people in the industry”. Originally from Louisiana, Jay is an avid country music fan and enjoys RVing with family and friends.
